The USD 100 fee covers four comprehensive stages: (1) Before Travel: Medical report organization, specialist and hospital coordination, treatment estimate assistance, and official medical visa invitation letter (VIL) coordination; (2) Arrival in India: Delhi airport arrival assistance, accommodation guidance, local SIM assistance, and hospital navigation; (3) During Treatment: Appointment scheduling, hospital coordination, and language interpreter assistance; (4) After Treatment: Discharge summary coordination, follow-up scheduling, and departure assistance.
No. The USD 100 fee is solely for independent medical concierge and coordination services. All medical treatment charges—including surgeries, surgeon fees, hospital admissions, diagnostic laboratory tests, and medications—are separate and paid directly to the respective healthcare provider.
All medical treatment payments are made directly to the official hospital billing desk via international credit card, bank wire transfer, or foreign currency. Mahtab.in does not collect or markup hospital medical treatment bills.
Yes. Based on your medical condition and requirements, we coordinate with leading hospitals in Delhi NCR (such as Indraprastha Apollo, Fortis Escorts, Max Super Speciality, Medanta The Medicity, BLK-Max, and Artemis). You always have full freedom to select your preferred hospital and specialist from the options coordinated.
Pre-travel estimates are based on the reports you provide. Once you arrive, the treating hospital specialist conducts comprehensive physical evaluations and fresh diagnostic tests. Any change in medical diagnosis or surgical plan is determined solely by the qualified treating physicians and the hospital medical team.
No. We coordinate and provide the official hospital Visa Invitation Letter (VIL) required for an Indian e-Medical Visa application. However, final visa approval and processing times are determined strictly by the Government of India and relevant immigration authorities.
Yes. We provide arrival assistance at Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL) in New Delhi and guide you to vetted hotels or serviced guest houses within comfortable distance of your treating hospital.
Yes. We facilitate interpreter coordination for major international languages including Arabic, Russian, French, Uzbek, and Bengali during hospital consultations and doctor visits.
The USD 100 fee activates our coordination workflow, document review, and case processing. If you cancel prior to case review and document submission to hospitals, a cancellation request may be submitted per our
Terms of Service & Refund Policy. Once official hospital opinions and visa invitation letters have been coordinated, the fee is non-refundable.
